Meysam Effati, Ph.D Academic page

He received the Master (MSc) and Ph.D degrees in Civil Engineering (Geospatial Information Systems) from the University of Tehran. He worked on a research project as a research scholar at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2012. Since 2013 he has been a member of Civil Engineering Department (Road and Transportation) at the University of Guilan. In addition, he collaborates with the International Scientific Cooperation Office as regional coordinator.
